Copyright and takedown

Use this process to identify material on Minifigure Legends that you believe infringes your copyright. We review complete notices, can restrict public access, preserve an audit record, notify the affected creator where appropriate, and accept counter-notices.

This page and workflow do not claim that the service has qualified for a legal safe harbor. Designated-agent registration and legal review remain operator tasks.

What a notice needs

Identify the protected work, link directly to the Legend, give complete contact information, include the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and sign electronically. Knowingly material misrepresentations may have legal consequences.

Counter-notices

A creator whose content was restricted can use the same form, select Counter-notice, and provide the notice ID supplied by the operator. A counter-notice is reviewed before any restoration; submitting one does not automatically restore content.

Repeat infringement

We may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights. Operators retain notice and moderation history needed to apply that policy consistently.
