Frequently asked questions
What is Minifigure Legends?
An independent creator platform for recording physical builds, inventing original characters, making AI-assisted Awakened Forms, and sharing eligible Legends in the Arena.
Is this an official manufacturer product?
No. Minifigure Legends is independent and is not sponsored, authorized, endorsed by, or affiliated with any third-party manufacturer or entertainment rights holder.
What is an Original Build?
The factual source record: creator-taken photographs, confirmed component information, honest unknown/custom descriptions, and provenance. It remains separate from creative output.
What is an Awakened Form?
An AI-assisted creative interpretation of a Legend. It may embellish the source build, is not official product photography, does not prove a catalog match, and never replaces the Original Build.
Why might an Awakened Form look different?
Generation makes a new interpretation from the source photographs, build facts, character story, and change request. It preserves the major idea where possible, but exact pieces, pixels, colors, and pose are not guaranteed.
What if my part is not in the catalog?
Choose Not Found / Custom and describe it. The Legend can still be saved, Awakened, built, and published without inventing a catalog ID.
Can I upload a famous or licensed character?
You may record a physical build you possess, but a substantially intact recognized licensed character is kept out of generation, original-Legend publishing, and the Arena. Rename-only changes do not bypass that rule. Remix it into an original configuration first.
Who owns what I make?
You keep your rights in material you submit. You give the service a limited license to operate the features you request. Generated output may not be exclusive, and it does not grant rights in underlying third-party material. See the Beta Terms.
Can children under 13 use it?
Accounts are for people 13 and older. Younger builders can participate together with a parent or guardian using the adult’s account and active involvement. Younger children should not create or independently operate an account or submit personal information themselves.
Why use this with your child?
Because the screen is only half the experience. Build something, give it a name, Awaken it, tell its story, visit the Arena, then return to the pieces and make the next one. The goal is turning screen time into making time.
How do I report something?
Use Report on a published Legend for safety, privacy, impersonation, or community concerns. The beta operator can restrict public access and retain an audit trail.
How do I request removal of copyrighted material?
Use the complete notice or counter-notice form on Copyright and Takedown.
Is AI used?
Yes. Configured providers can help recognize source photos and create clearly labeled Awakened Forms. Factual catalog data, creator descriptions, source photos, and generated media remain distinguishable.
How does the Arena decide results?
The current Arena records community choices and updates category ratings. It does not create an official or AI-decided character canon, and voting never changes the Original Build.
