Beta terms

Updated September 12, 2026. These beta terms require attorney review before commercial launch. Minifigure Legends is an independent service for creating original toy characters. Accounts are for people aged 13 and older. Younger children should not create or independently operate accounts or submit personal information; they may participate with an actively involved parent or guardian using the adult’s account.

Your content and limited service license

You retain your rights in material you supply. Upload only material you own or are authorized to use, and do not upload manufacturer catalog, package, or other photography you lack permission to redistribute. You grant Minifigure Legends a limited, nonexclusive license to host, display, process, generate from, reproduce as technically necessary, moderate, and otherwise use submitted content only to operate, secure, and improve the service and the features you request. Published Legends can be viewed and remixed through the product.

Rights and generated output

You remain responsible for submitted and published content. Generated material can be inaccurate, may not be unique or exclusive, and may contain creative embellishment. The service does not guarantee ownership or exclusivity in generated output, and a generated interpretation does not transfer rights in underlying third-party material. Original Builds and Awakened Forms remain separately labeled.

Removal and repeat infringement

We may remove, restrict, or unpublish material that violates rights, safety rules, or these terms. We may terminate accounts for repeated infringement. Existing moderation records, lineage, and Arena history may remain where needed for audit and shared-history integrity. Copyright notices and counter-notices use the Copyright and Takedown process.

Use the beta responsibly

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not evade limits, impersonate others, expose private information, misuse another creator’s work, or attempt unauthorized access.

Beta limitations

Recognition and generated forms can be inaccurate. Catalog coverage and build instructions are approximate. Save your own copies of important material. Features and limits may change during testing. No live purchases are offered in this beta.
